Dear Alpine Family,

We hope this letter finds you safe after the brutal storms that mangled the Southeast yesterday. Thankfully, everyone here at camp is safe and sound. However, our power is out and TVA authorities inform us that it will not return for at least three days.

Because of this, we have decided to postpone our Father/Son Weekend until May 20 – 22. Our reasoning is two-fold:

First, we feel that we are currently unable to offer the caliber of weekend that you deserve.
Second, we want to allow you to help those in your communities devastated by these storms.

We are grateful that we can still offer this retreat in May. We look forward to an incredible weekend full of exciting activities and an eager summer staff. If you are unable to attend the new weekend, we will happily offer a full refund. We hope that you can join us and apologize for this inconvenience. Our thoughts and prayers are with those of you affected by this tragedy.

Sincerely,
Glenn & Carter.
