Alpine Camp for Boys expects another exciting summer in 2011. The camp anticipates a high number of priority Earlybird registrations from returning campers. Space will be limited and new campers are strongly encouraged to register early.

Camper Applications will be mailed in late August to all families on our mailing list, including waiting lists, cancellations, and all prospective camp families who have inquired via phone, email, web, or a visit to camp. Please call (256) 634-4404 or if you would like to receive an application in the mail. Please see our registration policies below for more information on enrollment priorities.
Returning campers. In order to guarantee a spot for the upcoming season, returning campers must submit an Early Bird Enrollment card along with the $500 registration fee by September 15. Returning campers who change terms will have the next priority.
Waiting list, cancellations, siblings of campers, and sons of Alpine alumni (camper or staff).
All other applications. First time applications are kept in a separate file in the order in which they are received up until September 15. After September 15, all applications receive the same priority and are placed on a first come/first served basis.
Please note that registration is not complete without a $500 registration fee. We offer a 15% discount for the children of ministers.
$500 deposit due with application, refundable through December 31 (less a $100 processing fee).
$500 winter payment due February 1, refundable through April 1.
Balance of tuition due by May 1.
Each camper will have a spending money account in addition to the camp fee. Spending money charges include deductions for Trip Day, cabin pictures, extra toiletries, etc. Unused funds/Account overruns will be refunded/billed at the end of camp.
One half of the full tuition will be refunded on cancellation received after May 1. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.
There is no refund for early dismissal except for an injury or illness requiring the attendance of a physician. In the case of a refund, it shall not exceed one half the unused camp fee.

Each year, the previous summer's campers receive invitations to return to camp with their dads. Boys can introduce their fathers to Alpine as they sleep in the cabins, eat in the dining hall, and enjoy a full day of summer activities together. The event begins Friday afternoon and ends with worship in the chapel on Sunday morning.
