Payment Schedule

2026 Summer Camp

1. $1,000.00 deposit due with application; not refundable after Feb 1 (prior to Feb 1, deposit is refundable less a $100 processing fee).
2. $1,000.00 winter payment due Feb 1, not refundable after May 1.
3. Remaining full balance due by May 1.

Tuition includes all Alpine Camp Store snacks, professional cabin and individual photos, chartered buses, admission tickets and spending money for trips, guided services for white water rafting, rappelling, rock climbing, and Chief 2 trips.

In addition, your son’s account will be charged for his Alpine Camp Store allowance. The camp store provides stamps, stationery, soap, toothpaste, shampoo and other basic necessities. Store allowance is $50. This is used for camp store purchases as well as prescription drug costs, lost & found shipping, etc. Any unused allowance or overage will be refunded/billed after camp.

2026 Summer Camp Registration Priorities

1. 2025 enrolled campers are guaranteed 2026 enrollment in the same session as 2025, provided age/grade requirements are met, in good standing, and application, with $1000 deposit are submitted by September 9.
2. 2025 enrolled campers who wish to change sessions will have next priority provided age/grade requirements are met, in good standing, and application, with $1000 deposit are submitted by September 9. They will be enrolled as space allows after September 9.
3. 2025 summer camp waitlist campers will have next priority if application, with $1000 deposit, are submitted by September 9.
4. All other applications received by September 9 will be processed in the order received and enrolled as space allows after September 9.
5. All applications received after the September 2-9 Priority Enrollment period has passed will be processed in the order received and enrolled as space allows.

Cancellation Policies

No refunds on cancellations received after May 1. There is no refund for late arrivals or early departures.

2025 Father-Son Sessions

1. Tuition: $800 for a father & one son; $350 for each addt’l son
2. $300.00 deposit due with registration (for a father and one son); $150 deposit due for each additional son. (must be received within 30 days of registration date for registration to be valid)
3. Deposits are refundable until April 1 for April Father-Son and August 1 for August Father-Son
4. Balance for April Father-Son due by April 1; balance for August Father-Son due by August 1, 2024
